Hello, i am currently developing this new project, the first part of it is shown in the video below.
It is an animation project in which i draw live from webcam, and keep up with animating as quickly as possible from the live webcam i am watching.
I am in need of volunteers to be drawn whilst on webcam, so if you have a webcam and want to be part of this project let me know please.

i have a project in premiere - it needs to be prepared to be put on dvds that will be burnt in L.A
(i'm in the UK so i can only put it on the internet to be downloaded there)
what file format is best for doing this?
i know it will need to be ntsc in order to work on american dvds
any info will be gratefully recieved
